There are many gimmicks out there, many trainers and “gurus” trying to sell you the next best thing. But let me be honest with you, almost all of it is pure garbage and not worth a penny of your bank account or a minute of your time. 

WE DON’T FALL FOR GIMMICKS HERE!

How many times have you heard something being advertised along the lines of…

  • High intensity bootcamps to get the AFTER-BURN EFFECT!
  • Build a CELEBRITY physique using fasting and chocolate milk!
  • Zero carb to shred fat and have insane brain power!
  • 1,000 gravity evading sit ups a day for beach body abs!

As someone who has been a trainer for a decade now and has coached hundreds of men, I know a thing or two about getting men good results. In fact, I have come to learn the simplest way to help men get strong & lean, which works almost every single time, and I will share it with you today.

Most men reach a point in life when they look in the mirror and do not like what they see. This could be at the age of 14 years old, or at 30 years old or even 50 years old, or of course all of the above. You can be skinny and want to be jacked or fat and want to be lean. 

Whether it’s the 14yr old who is trying to impress the girls in high school and not get bullied, or the middle-aged man who has lost himself in work and got told by his doctor he needs to lose 30lbs. 

No matter what the motivation is to get started, the important thing is that you get started right away. 

And honestly, most men will try. But most will fail. And it is not their fault they fail, it is because they have not been given the proper advice on how to reach their goals in a timely and efficient manner.

So that’s what we are going to do today, help you reach the goal of getting stronger & leaner, by providing you with the foundation of knowledge that is needed in order to create & keep the change you are looking for.

First off, we have to establish a few things… 

This process is actually super simple. You need the right training and nutrition and that is all. Add hard work and consistency to that and you will get results, every time, guaranteed.

How to train:

You need to strength train. 

If you want to get jacked… you need to strength train. 

If you want to lose body fat and lean up… You need to strength train. 

The training always remains the same, and that’s where most people miss the mark. Our goal, whether it’s getting bigger or leaner is ALWAYS to get stronger and continue to build lean muscle.

How do we do this? By lifting weights. 

We lift weights, we lift them with great form, we slowly progress and increase the weight we use week after week, month after month and we choose only the basic exercises that have proven over the span of time to work.

Then you need to learn how to eat properly. 

Can you get bigger and gain weight or get leaner and lose weight by eating in a hundred different ways? 

Yes, you can. 

Are we going to do that? 

No, we are not. 

We are not going to count calories or make fancy creations.

We are going to eat a foundation of healthy foods proven to help build muscle and get men stronger, food that serves a purpose. You are no longer just eating to eat. You are eating to reach a goal, and when reaching a goal, it is always best to make the road as least complicated as possible. 

The more foods, the more tactics you implement the more confusing and harder to track things get. A great piece of advice I received from a smart person… “Keep it simple stupid.” And that’s exactly what we are going to do here.

If we need to gain more weight, we are going to change a few things and eat more… 

And if we want to lose more weight, we are going to change some things and eat less.

It really is as simple as this. Lift weights progress them over time. Eat the right foods, adjust over time. And you will see results.
